1. Did you receive my order?

Definitely one of the most frequently asked questions. Good news, there are a couple of ways for you to check this yourself.

The ‘My Account’ section gives you control over:

˚ Saved projects;
˚ Orders;
˚ Payments and so much more.

Let’s start…

Log in to your ‘My Account’
˚ Click on Orders in the left bar menu;

˚ All your orders will show on the right;
˚ Do you see the order that you are unsure about? IF NOT > go to the next FAQ “Why are there items in my cart?”

˚ Under Actions you’ll see 3 buttons, at most:

1. BUTTON 1 PAY: this is very useful if your online payment failed.
Clicking PAY will allow you to pay for your order and move your order into production on our side.
TIP: If you see the PAY button on ANY of your orders, your order is not being processed on our side, please proceed to pay for your order.

2. BUTTON 2 VIEW: this is one of the most informative sections in your account.

˚ 1. Your Order number (please quote your order number in any correspondence with us);
˚ 2. The Order Date;
˚ 3. The current status of your order;
˚ 4. The product | products you ordered;
˚ 5. Launch will open your project in a preview window;
˚ 6. This is where you will duplicate your project to make changes and re-order.

3. BUTTON 3 CANCEL: an order can only be cancelled while it’s still being processed or if payment failed. Once your order goes into Production it can no longer be cancelled.
