3. I can’t edit my project. Why?

There are two known reasons for this:
1. Have this project been ordered already?
• IF YES | Because the project forms part of an order (old / new) you will need to Duplicate the project before you’ll be able to edit it;
2. Do you get an error when your project opens in the Online Designer?
• IF YES | Your project file may have become corrupt | or needs restoring;
• Copy the error code then CLICK HERE | Complete the questions and send the email.
