HELP & ADVISE CENTRE FAQ
1. Is it possible to safely ship/courier my frame?

Following the correct guidelines, a frame can safely be shipped both nationally and internationally. We partner with experienced shipping agencies and crating manufacturers to ensure that parcels arrive in perfect condition at their destination.
All frames are securely wrapped in ample protective packaging material. We ensure that all corners are covered sufficiently to avoid any scuffing in transit. The frame is then packaged securely in a custom-built crate. All excess room within the crate is filled with impact softening materials and then sealed before shipment.
There are many variables to consider when shipping internationally – speak to one of our consultants for more information regarding the different processes and requirements. It is also important to note that international shipping will require a fumigation certificate if the product contains any wood elements.
When shipping is required on large frames, our consultants will recommend shatterproof Plexiglass glazing. Arranging framing and artwork repairs in a foreign country can be a daunting task – it is best to consider all factors involved and make use of an experienced consultant to assist with the shipment.
